Online store terms and conditions

The owner of the online store www.camlock.org (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is MasterChem OÜ, registry code 10755076, located at Lao 4, Maardu 74114 Estonia.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Order processing

To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank
Visa/Mastercard card payments
Based on a prepared invoice
Finnish bank links: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – ​​when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the payment in the Online Store’s current account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Delivery

The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Omniva parcel machine, Itella parcel machine, CF&S Estonia AS, Ferroline Group OÜ, DSV Estonia AS, the option of picking up the goods themselves.

The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the buyer has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the return fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a request to withdraw from the purchase of the goods to the e-mail address info@ibc.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

To return a product, you must send us the following information by e-mail:

The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the product to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the online store will immediately refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

    Right to file a claim

    The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Online Store’s obligation to rebut this presumption.

    The Buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of the discovery of a defect by sending an e-mail to info@camlock.org or by calling +372 55513600.

    The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer.

    If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the Buyer.

    The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

    Direct marketing and processing of personal data

    The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

    The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.

    The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us of this by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.

    Dispute resolution

    If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, which the parties were unable to resolve by agreement.
